Who are we?
Expert Appliance Repair is a part of the Expert WV LLC family which was formed in December of 2019. The business was formed when we noticed that there was a severe lack of professionalism within many service businesses in the Southern West Virginia region. We have just under 5 years of experience servicing major appliances and specialize in electrical and mechanical repairs. We believe that businesses should specialize and do what they are most capable of doing. For us that is all of your major appliance repairs excluding microwaves, refrigeration, and hot water heaters.
Meet the team
Jacob and Mackenzie with their family
Jacob received an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology in 2019. He was hired by a company in March and worked there for about nine months. Jacob founded the business in December of 2019 after working for the other business and moving away. He discovered his talent for troubleshooting and customer service skills while working for the other company and decided to start something new in southern West Virginia. They are local to West Virginia and reside in Boone County.
