How does the appointment process work?
Calling In
When you call us, your call is answered by a real person. There are no buttons to press, no long queues and transfer processing. After answering the team member will screen with a few questions to ensure that we are the right fit for your needs. After the screening the customer will gather some basic info: Name, Address, Cell-Phone Number OR Email. It is important to note that we invoice digitally only, so either an email or cell phone number will be required if you want to receive a copy of the invoice.
Appointment Timing
We provide you an appointment time while on the phone to ensure fast service. Our appointment times are usually accurate within 30minutes of the time. We will call ahead if running earlier or later. Your time is valuable to us.
When the Technician Arrives
After arriving the technician will introduce themselves and verify the problem you are experiencing before beginning work.
What About the Price?
We choose to charge a diagnostic fee in order to better serve you. We do not collect this charge until we have identified the issue if possible and have written out a detailed and EXACT quote for the job. Once you are presented with the quote you may choose to have the technician complete the job OR just send over the quote information (including part numbers and a pricing breakdown). Please understand that no repair information will be released if you do not pay the diagnostic fee.
What About a Guarantee?
Absolutely! Unless otherwise stated we provide a year warranty on repairs performed by our technicians including the part cost. ALSO we give a free second look for anything that we diagnose even if the issue is different, you only pay the travel charge if required.
